You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return package.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Tienda Tennis cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $9.99 may be deducted from eligible returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
