Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tienda Tennis. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Tienda Tennis are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time for delivery within the United States is typically 3-5 business days.

Shipping Cut-off Time

Our daily shipping cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

Tienda Tennis currently ships to addresses within the United States & Internationale.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates for orders placed on Tienda Tennis:

  • Free Shipping for orders totaling over $100.
  • A flat rate of $9.99 for orders totaling less than $100.
  • International Shipping we charge Flat Rate of $20.

Shipping Carriers

Tienda Tennis partners with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We primarily use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for all shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Tienda Tennis is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Tienda Tennis is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
