Order Processing Time
All orders placed through Tienda Tennis are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 3–5 business days.
Shipping Cut-Off Time
Our daily shipping cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
Tienda Tennis currently ships to addresses within the United States and selected international destinations.
Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping rates:
- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
- Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 for U.S. orders under $100.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Shipping Carriers
Tienda Tennis partners with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. We primarily ship orders using FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Tienda Tennis is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Tienda Tennis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional re-shipping charges.
