At Tennistro, we strive to get your tennis and padel gear to your doorstep as quickly and reliably as possible. We ship all domestic orders exclusively via UPS.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
- Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time to ensure secure UPS delivery.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
Our goal is to get your gear moving as soon as you place your order.

3. Shipping Costs
We believe in transparent pricing at checkout:
- Standard UPS Ground: $9.99 flat rate for all orders under $100.
- Free Shipping: All orders over $100.00 qualify for Free UPS Ground Shipping.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed off to UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS Tracking Number. You can track your package directly on the UPS Website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@tennistro.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been processed and a UPS label has been created, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your items arrive damaged:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact info@tennistro.com within 48 hours.
- We will open an investigation with UPS and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.
