New, Longer Small Full Elbow!

In response to feedback from our loyal customers, we have altered the SMALL FULL ELBOW in length to more closely match the Medium and Large lengths. The new product size will be 10.5" long instead of 8.5" long. The sizing chart will remain the same. The only difference will be in the length of the product.

Our Full Elbow compression sleeve provides support and medical grade compression over your entire elbow joint and for the surrounding muscles and tendons above and below your elbow joint, making it an indispensable piece of gear to have in your “toolbox”.

The incredible stretch and elasticity of the material means you won’t lose any range of motion, which is important for a joint that needs full range of motion in order to perform at its best. Because the material locks to your skin when you start sweating, it will not slip or need any readjusting during your workouts.

What is the difference in styles?

The Full Elbow Compression Sleeve covers the entire elbow joint. The material extends both below the elbow joint and above the elbow joint by several inches, also giving support to the upper forearm and lower portion of the upper arm. It is the product of choice for recent tendonitis and for injuries to the elbow or to the musculature around the elbow joint.

The Elbow Compression Sleeve is a shorter product, covering the entire elbow joint but nothing below or above the joint. It is the preferred product for injury prevention, arthritis elbow compression, and is sometimes the preferred golfers elbow compression sleeve.

It is important to measure your biceps with your arm straight, 1-2 inches above the crease in your elbow. Please do not measure your forearm.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing at checkout:

Standard UPS Ground: $9.99 flat rate for all orders under $100.
Free Shipping: All orders over $100.00 qualify for Free UPS Ground Shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed off to UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS Tracking Number. You can track your package directly on the UPS Website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@tennistro.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been processed and a UPS label has been created, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your items arrive damaged:

Check with neighbors or building management.
Contact info@tennistro.com within 48 hours.
We will open an investigation with UPS and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.

Returns

At Tennistro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. Items received after this 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

2. Condition of Items

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, retail condition:

Tennis & Padel Rackets: Plastic wrap must remain intact on the handle. If the wrap is removed or the racket shows signs of use (scuffs, ball fuzz), it cannot be returned.
Apparel & Footwear: Must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
Accessories: Items like balls, strings, and grips must be in their original, unopened packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We ship and process all returns via UPS within the United States.

Request a Label: Email us at info@tennistro.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Receive UPS Label: We will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email within 24–48 hours.
Drop Off: Pack your items securely and drop them off at any authorized UPS Location.

4. Return Shipping Fees

Customer Remorse: For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), a flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you, and no fees will be deducted.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we will process your refund.

Refund Method: Credits will be issued to your original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
