At Tennistro, we strive to get your tennis and padel gear to your doorstep as quickly and reliably as possible. We ship all domestic orders exclusively via UPS.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

• Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time to ensure secure UPS delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing at checkout:

• Standard UPS Ground: $9.99 flat rate for all orders under $100.
• Free Shipping: All orders over $100.00 qualify for Free UPS Ground Shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed off to UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS Tracking Number. You can track your package directly on the UPS Website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@tennistro.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been processed and a UPS label has been created, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your items arrive damaged:

1. Check with neighbors or building management.
2. Contact info@tennistro.com within 48 hours.
3. We will open an investigation with UPS and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.

At Tennistro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. Items received after this 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

2. Condition of Items

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, retail condition:

• Tennis & Padel Rackets: Plastic wrap must remain intact on the handle. If the wrap is removed or the racket shows signs of use (scuffs, ball fuzz), it cannot be returned.
• Apparel & Footwear: Must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
• Accessories: Items like balls, strings, and grips must be in their original, unopened packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We ship and process all returns via UPS within the United States.

1. Request a Label: Email us at info@tennistro.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive UPS Label: We will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email within 24–48 hours.
3. Drop Off: Pack your items securely and drop them off at any authorized UPS Location.

4. Return Shipping Fees

• Customer Remorse: For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), a flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you, and no fees will be deducted.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we will process your refund.

• Refund Method: Credits will be issued to your original payment method.
• Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
