The LW Carbon Ti Magnolia is a padel racket intended for intermediate-level players who prefer a soft feel when hitting the ball. Its design and features make this racket a very interesting option to increase control in the game.

The LW Carbon Ti Magnolia is manufactured using a bidirectional carbon tubular frame. The core is 38 mm SOFTCOLOR CORE EVA rubber of medium hardness, laminated with layers of carbon and fiberglass fabric, and reinforced with carbon fiber. All fabrics are impregnated with Varlion's exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin and covered with a layer of titanium dioxide.

This racket features a round or LW (Lethal Weapon) shape. Its design aims to maximize control with a low balance and a large sweet spot, helping players who frequently receive balls at the back of the court.

TECHNOLOGIES:

Aerodynamic Drilling: According to studies conducted using fluid software for aerodynamic analysis, drilling the center of the racket generates turbulence. To address this, the LW Carbon Ti Magnolia incorporates a novel drilling system known as Aerodynamic Drilling. This technology enhances resistance in the core and ensures greater consistency in hits, resulting in an expanded sweet spot.

Softcolor: Softcolor is an aesthetic innovation that colors the rubber to match the racket's design. This feature adds a colorful, elegant, and unique touch to the LW Carbon Ti Magnolia.

Hexaforce: Hexaforce refers to the bridge of the racket, designed by Varlion to provide increased rigidity and stability, as well as to better channel the passage of air for superior aerodynamics.

Hexagon Frame and Protector: The Hexagon frame reinforces one of the most vulnerable areas of the racket, offering greater resistance to prevent potential breakage. The LW Carbon Ti Magnolia includes an adhesive protector that perfectly complements this hexagonal frame.

Slice Texture: Slice is the most effective rough texture on the market. It consists of a series of curved lines arranged on the face of the racket in both directions, allowing both left- and right-handed players to enhance spin when hitting slices.

Handlesafety Technology: Handlesafety is a security system integrated into the handle of the racket. Traditionally, rackets are built with a centered hole in the handle for the wrist strap, which can sometimes fail, potentially causing the racket to detach from the string and create a hazardous situation. Handlesafety technology addresses this issue by threading the strap through both walls of the handle, preventing separation and providing extra comfort for the wrist.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing at checkout:

  • Standard UPS Ground: $9.99 flat rate for all orders under $100.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed off to UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS Tracking Number. You can track your package directly on the UPS Website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@tennistro.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been processed and a UPS label has been created, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your items arrive damaged:

  3. We will open an investigation with UPS and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. Items received after this 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

2. Condition of Items

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, retail condition:

  • Tennis & Padel Rackets: Plastic wrap must remain intact on the handle. If the wrap is removed or the racket shows signs of use (scuffs, ball fuzz), it cannot be returned.
  • Apparel & Footwear: Must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
  • Accessories: Items like balls, strings, and grips must be in their original, unopened packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We ship and process all returns via UPS within the United States.

  1. Request a Label: Email us at info@tennistro.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive UPS Label: We will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email within 24–48 hours.
  3. Drop Off: Pack your items securely and drop them off at any authorized UPS Location.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer Remorse: For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), a flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you, and no fees will be deducted.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we will process your refund.
