The LW Summum Carbon Black Orquídea is a round padel racket intended for intermediate level players who want to take a leap in quality in their game. The color black predominates in its design, giving a sober and elegant touch that contrasts with the striking color of the logo and its rubber.

The LW Summum Carbon Black Orquídea is made using a bidirectional carbon tubular. The core is 38 mm SOFTCOLOR CORE EVA rubber of medium hardness, and is laminated through layers of carbon and fiberglass fabric, and reinforced with carbon fiber. All fabrics are impregnated with Varlion's exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin, and covered with a layer of titanium dioxide.

This racket is made with a round or LW (Lethal Weapon) shape. Its function is to maximize control thanks to a low balance and a large sweet spot. This will help players who receive more ball volume at the back of the court.

Aerodynamic Drilling: According to studies carried out in fluid software for aerodynamic analysis, it has been shown that drilling the center of the racket generates turbulence, which is why the LW Summum Carbon Black Orquídea features a novel drilling system known as Aerodynamic Drilling. This technology enhances core resistance and achieves greater consistency in hits, resulting in an expanded sweet spot for improved performance.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed off to UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS Tracking Number. You can track your package directly on the UPS Website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@tennistro.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been processed and a UPS label has been created, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if your items arrive damaged:

We will open an investigation with UPS and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. Items received after this 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

2. Condition of Items

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, retail condition:

Tennis & Padel Rackets: Plastic wrap must remain intact on the handle. If the wrap is removed or the racket shows signs of use (scuffs, ball fuzz), it cannot be returned.
Apparel & Footwear: Must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
Accessories: Items like balls, strings, and grips must be in their original, unopened packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We ship and process all returns via UPS within the United States.

Request a Label: Email us at info@tennistro.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Receive UPS Label: We will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email within 24–48 hours.
Drop Off: Pack your items securely and drop them off at any authorized UPS Location.

4. Return Shipping Fees

Customer Remorse: For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), a flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you, and no fees will be deducted.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we will process your refund.
